About The Role As a Developer in our Intelligent Solutions Delivery Team youll design and deliver web-based solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Youll work closely with business teams and technology partners to bring ideas to life using modern frameworks and tools. What Youll Do Develop test and maintain scalable web applications using Django and front-end technologies Collaborate with Business Analysts and Pipeline Managers to assess solution feasibility and deliver value Build reusable components and APIs that support multiple business lines and use cases Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing solutions ensuring minimal disruption to users Document technical designs and testing plans to align with business requirements Contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment sharing knowledge and best practices What Youll Bring Commercial experience in web development ideally with Django or similar frameworks Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful API integration Strong understanding of software design principles and scalable architecture Experience with Git and version control workflows Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Bonus: Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g. UIPath Blue Prism) or containerisation (e.g. OpenShift) What Youll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform your central hub for exclusive perks wellbeing support career development and recognition.
