About this role:

Programmed Care is looking for compassionate, caring and supportive Disability Support Workers committed to regular and consistent shifts based in Balga, WA.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal Care
  • Manual Handling
  • Community Access
  • Companionship
  • Domestic Duties

To be considered for this rewarding role you must be able to provide the following:

  • Current Certificate III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
  • Preferably has experience, in an aged care facility, in-home support, community-based role
  • Preferably Manual Handling certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence, Reliable, and Registered Vehicle and current Car Insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Evidence of Flu Vaccinations
