The role
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers forcasual shifts across Perth.
Your primary responsibility will be to supportNDIS participantsliving with a disability in theirprivate homes.This can involve manual handling, community access, personal care and companionship.This role is perfect for someone with aperson-centredapproach, who is energetic and excited tomake a differencein people's lives and ispassionateabout the work they do
Eligibility criteria:
Minimum of 12 monthspaid experience in Disability or Arelevant qualification in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support with 6 months paid experience in Disability.
Willingness to accept short shifts.
Experience working with clients with autism highly regarded.
Dysphagia skills and certificate preferred.
Must be willing to provide or obtain aWAWorking with Children's Check for employment purposes.
Must be willing to provide or obtain aNDIS worker screening check Have a current or be willing to obtain aFirst Aidcertificate.
Have a current police clearance no older than 6 months.
