With continued growth and a strong focus on quality service, safety, and teamwork, we're looking for an experienced Accounts, HR & Compliance Officer to join our Enoggera-based team. About the Role This is a varied position ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and supporting a busy operational team. You'll be a part of the team that manages the day-to-day accounts, HR processes, and compliance requirements across our three entities, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding, and HR documentation Support recruitment, inductions, and training compliance Ensure company and industry compliance requirements are met and maintained Liaise with management, suppliers, and external partners as needed Contribute to process improvement and assist with reporting and administration About You You’ll bring a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities. You’ll be proactive, reliable, and confident working both independently and as part of a small team. Qualifications Several years’ experience in accounts, HR, or compliance roles preferable Experience in the construction industry preferable but not essential Sound knowledge of accounting processes and payroll systems Strong understanding of HR administration and compliance requirements Great communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed Why Join KPM?
