Nurse Practitioner | Bupa Aged Care - Hybrid Role ($195k base) Location: Hybrid model work from home with required in person visits to our homes in SE Qld and north coast NSWReports to: Medical Services ManagerEmployment: Full‑time or Part-Time , Permanent Why Bupa? You’ll lead our multidisciplinary Wellness Hubs virtually and on‑site, alongside physiotherapists, dietitians, speech pathologists and wound consultants. What You’ll Do Clinical Leadership: Autonomously assess, diagnose and manage complex resident needs (in‑person and via telehealth). Collaborative Care: Coordinate with GPs, allied‑health teams and care‑home staff to deliver person‑centred plans. Resident Reviews & Telehealth: Resident reviews face to face and Telehealth if established relationship. Education & Mentoring: Coach nursing staff, allied health and NP candidates; contribute to policy and quality‑improvement projects. Governance & Research: Participate in clinical governance committees, research initiatives and Medication Advisory Committee.
