Bupa Banora Point is a delightful care home set in a suburb of Tweed Heads in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. You’ll be close to the local community with shops, parks, schools and churches nearby. It consists of 103 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability A passion and energy for world class care Ability to work as part of a tight‑knit team and delegate effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes Be at the Heart of It – your new team is ready to welcome you Just so you know, everyone will be required to complete pre‑employment checks as part of the application process.
