As a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This casual role is based in our Campbellfield office, where you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience. What you’ll be doing Answering incoming calls and emails, addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry Maintaining detailed records and updating customer information in our systems Providing general administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed Contributing to a positive team environment and continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience What we’re looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations The flexibility to work a casual schedule, including potential weekend and evening shifts What we offer At 360 Personnel, we are committed to supporting our employees and providing a positive work environment.
