We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Speech Pathologist with a passion for working with children. We are accepting all applications with varying experience. Our New Starter Program offers New Graduates a chance to build their skills and feel supported, with manageable client numbers and dedicated supervision and mentoring whilst they find their feet. About the Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will: Provide client‑centred assessments and interventions to children with a range of presentations using a variety of diagnostic tools including standardised assessments. Identify each child’s strengths and challenges and provide goal‑oriented, targeted intervention to improve functional outcomes. Empower families to support their loved ones' development, working closely with caregivers to provide education, resources, and ongoing support throughout the therapy process. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans. Contribute to a positive team culture through shared learning and collaboration.
