Join a Crew that Celebrates Wins Together and has Each Other’s Backs We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry‑leading Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available in North Lakes. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community. As a Speechie in our team you will help participants from age 6 to 65, across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC. Day‑to‑Day You Will Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms. Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients. Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work. What Makes Us Better? For starters, we’re clinician‑led at every level, all the way to the top, so we know what it’s like being in the trenches of care. We’ve built the kind of workplace we always wished existed where we don’t just say we trust our clinicians – we show it. A community built by clinicians, for clinicians. Our Values We Get Sh*t Done We are People People Love What You Do Frankly, we Give a Damn We Value Ourselves We Back You, Every Step of the Way We’re committed to helping you grow as a clinician. Our program starts you off with a full week of graduate‑specific induction sessions, including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab. Support: You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges including a buddy from last year’s graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance. Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline‑specific 1:1 Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into full‑time work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload. Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and your future career. Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year. Resources: The works‑laptop, phone + all of our sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go. Freedom to Work Your Way We’ve created an environment where you can personalise your work style and schedule. Want to split your time between online, in‑clinic and community work? We’re here to prioritise whatever makes you the best clinician you can be. Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and the opportunity to flex off when you’ve completed your client work Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable and sustainable monthly targets. Better Rewards Program: Earn bonus pay or extra leave, or redeem points for PD, gadgets and experiences Paid Parental Leave: 8 weeks for the primary carer and 2 for the secondary carer. Travel Reimbursement: Work‑related travel paid monthly at 92c per KM under the NDIS Regulated Reimbursement category. National Opportunities across 30 Australian sites. About You We’re after Speechies with a genuine interest in supporting participants with Disability who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren’t afraid to speak up about it. You have a fire in your belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form. You Will Also Hold Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
