Role Description Full‑time on‑site Communications & PR Director positioned at ÉCHO Communication in Sydney. This senior role focuses on managing our beauty and wellness portfolio. Candidates should have 3‑5 years of experience in a similar position, thrive in fast‑paced environments, pivot quickly, and maintain excellent detail orientation. Experience with premium and masstige beauty and wellness brands is preferred. Responsibilities Develop strong relationships with agency clients and report to the Director & Founder, Justine Le Bars. Manage our beauty and wellness portfolio and day‑to‑day client campaigns. Contribute to strategic development of long‑term projects and campaigns. Write proposals and strategy documents. Set up client KPIs and manage delivery of agreed KPIs. Write and design press releases. Monitor media coverage and report results. Manage budgets, product send‑outs, and stock tracking. Ensure regular client WIPs meet key milestones. Generate creative ideas and proactively support clients’ business. Engage with journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders; secure leading coverage. Leverage key stakeholder relationships (clients, media, celebrities). Develop junior team members’ skills, provide feedback, and drive a positive work environment. Participate in new‑business efforts and support proposals and development. Maintain industry knowledge and transparently manage budget trackers and supplier invoices.
