Their state-of-the-art technology and dedicated team enable them to handle complex logistics challenges, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery. role summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading company in the transport industry. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact within a dynamic sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager, specifically within the transport industry. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A proven track record of managing and achieving sales revenue budgets. $130,000 – $150,000 + Super. Extremely lucrative commission structure.
