Chief Executive Officer A respected and long-established not-for-profit organisation in the health and community services sector is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to guide the next phase of strategic and organisational development. The organisation delivers essential support, information and advocacy for people living with a progressive health condition. It works closely with government, health providers and community organisations to ensure individuals can access high-quality care and support across Victoria and beyond. The Role Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead the development and execution of the strategic plan, ensuring clarity of priorities, strong operational delivery and measurable impact. You will oversee the organisation’s people, culture, finances and external partnerships, and act as a credible representative to stakeholders across the health, disability, aged care and community sectors. Key priorities Leading strategy and organisational performance. Strengthening capability, systems and culture. Building strong government and sector partnerships. Ensuring financial sustainability and diversified revenue. Overseeing governance, compliance and risk management. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. About You You bring senior executive experience in health, community services or not-for-profit organisations . You are confident working with Boards, managing complex stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams. You combine strategic thinking with operational discipline, and you care about outcomes that genuinely improve lives.
