Work Hours: 4 AM – 1 PM IST (Aligned with AU Business Hours) We are looking for a Finance & Commercial Manager with outstanding leadership, client relationship, and analytical skills to join our high-performing global team. This is a senior, client-facing role that requires confidence, commercial acumen, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. You will lead strategic finance delivery across a portfolio of fast-moving businesses while building long-term trust through insight, clarity, and partnership. What You’ll Do Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for multiple clients Act as the key client contact, advising CEOs and owners on commercial decisions Coordinate teams to deliver virtual CFO, Project management, and compliance services Build financial models, business plans, and board packs with precision and clarity Spot issues before they arise and create action-oriented solutions Navigate complexity with confidence, speed, and accountability What We’re Looking For We're not just hiring a “Finance Manager” we’re looking for a problem solver, a strategic thinker, and a trusted advisor. Fully qualified (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) Minimum 3+ years in a finance manager role (preferably in consulting, advisory, or multinational business environments) and 10+ years in finance overall Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, especially with Western clients High emotional intelligence and resilience open to feedback and driven to grow. Analytical, commercially sharp, and confident in making recommendations. Efficient, prioritised, and outcome-focused not someone who needs micromanaging.
