With sustained year‑on‑year growth, new showrooms, refreshed branding, and a robust marketing roadmap for the year ahead, we're expanding our marketing team. The Role We're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute the Gia's Trade Group marketing plan. This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, knows how to tell stories through short‑form video, and enjoys working across multiple brands. You'll be a key player in building our online presence as we expand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Create, film, edit, and publish short‑form and long‑form video content across all brand channels. Plan and schedule content across IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, project progress, designer insights, and showroom content. Assist with community management (DMs, comments, engagement). Keep content aligned with each brand's identity, tone, and marketing objectives. Marketing Campaign Execution Assist the Marketing Manager with executing monthly and quarterly marketing initiatives. Support in managing Meta Ads (basic setup, monitoring, optimisation). Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content series. Assist in preparing content calendars, run sheets, and campaign reports. Brand & Project Support Coordinate with designers, project managers, tilers, and showroom staff to capture real project content. Maintain organised asset libraries (photos, videos, templates). Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you are: A creative thinker who genuinely loves content creation. Minimum 1 year of marketing or social media experience required. Confident filming and editing short‑form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). Basic to beginner level video editing experience is required. Comfortable juggling multiple brands, each with its own style and voice. Passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and community building. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑moving environment. A strong writer with an eye for detail and clean visual presentation. Bonus points if you have: Experience with Meta Ads Manager. Basic knowledge of SEO.
