Senior Change Manager

As a Senior Change Manager you will be responsible for working within the Group IT portfolio to build capability and influence delivery critical initiatives that align with our business objectives and strategic goals.
Please note this is a parental leave cover role for aproximate period of 12 months.

Work closely with Change Managers in the Transformation team to ensure alignment between BAU and Transformation change activities to champion the E2E Delivery Transformation across the enterprise.Partner with Portfolio Delivery Leads to assess the impact of change initiatives in business quarterly performance reviews, determine resource needs and triage requests through to resource manager.Supervise and evaluate the efficiency of change initiatives, capturing feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.Drive ownership of change through influence, relationship building, and mediation, identify mentoring SMEs and leaders in appropriate change tools and interventions sponsoring our self-serve model.Planning, design and delivery of training that drives future state retention of skills, knowledge and attitudes whilst supporting Delivery Managers with the monitoring and management of relevant risks, issues, and dependencies.
It starts with you
Proven experience in large Transformation project and change related roles, in large enterprise settings together with experience in working with and supporting a large and dynamic organization, within telecommunications and/or information technology industries.Appropriate tertiary qualifications and relevant background underpinned with experience and knowledge of LEAN or Agile organisational change principles and methodologiesProven track record to prioritise and manage a substantial workload, whilst developing, implementing and measuring organisational leadership strategies and plans.Highly developed communication skills with outstanding business partner management skills and strong collaboration where you are passionate about positive business outcomes.Highly developed presentation skills including experience presenting to both large and senior audiences and an ability in working in Agile environments.
