Job Summary AutogenAI is seeking a customer‑focused Implementation Project Manager to lead our APAC enterprise client implementation and drive seamless adoption of our AI‑powered platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design scalable implementation frameworks, guide change‑management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre‑sales to post‑implementation. What You'll Be Responsible For Project Leadership: Manage and oversee end‑to‑end implementation for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Implementation Methodology: Develop and implement a scalable implementation framework tailored to enterprise clients. Change Management: Provide expert guidance on organisational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI‑driven tools. Customer Engagement: Strengthen and maintain C‑Suite relationships during implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Handover Optimisation: Establish a structured transition process from implementation to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long‑term retention. Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with C‑Suite and senior stakeholders. Organisation & Delivery: Highly organised with a track record of delivering measurable results under pressure. Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with AI‑based tools and quickly learning and demonstrating new solutions. Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident engaging with diverse audiences including executives.
