Job Description: Zycus is looking for an Implementation Consultant with domain expertise in P2P/S2P/CLM/Procure2Pay/Source2Pay or any other Cloud Procurement suites such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, and good consulting experience. Role and Responsibilities: End to end implementation of cloud procurement projects including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, and training. Helping customers focus on their goals by driving the implementation towards a successful, on-time completion. Coordinate with onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, develop workplan, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables. Support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs and attending client orals. Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self and those executed by direct reportees. Responsible for S2P production support and enhancement activities, liaising with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend best practices. Act as a functional subject matter expert of the Source to Pay process, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitioning, sourcing, contracts, and payables. Identify issue patterns and work with product management and engineering teams for system resolution. Serve as a customer advocate within Zycus for issue resolution and functionality & feature prioritization. Collaborate with other functional and technical teams on business needs and long-term plans while ensuring integration with strategic plans. Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering, and gap analysis, recommending opportunities for streamlining and optimizing processes. Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps and develop high-level implementation plans. Job Requirements: 5-10 years’ consulting experience in Source to Pay and/or Procure to Pay solutions required. 5+ years of experience implementing Cloud Procurement suites such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, or similar products. Hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and implementing Source to Pay and/or Procure to Pay solutions. Proven ability to facilitate knowledge transfer and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits. Strong customer-facing skills, ability to influence and motivate internal/external teams and vendor partners. Exceptional client management skills to execute an implementation plan that leads to a rapid, successful Go-live. Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is mandatory. Deep understanding of Procurement-related processes including Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, and Spend Analysis. Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of software solutions inclusive of Management of Change (MOC) and business mapping.
