The Role As an Implementation Consultant within our Customer Success Team, you will : Be the expert—advise and guide customers through the onboarding process. Conduct workflow discussions—help customers structure and optimise their scheduling workflows. Lead technical setup—configure the platform to meet each customer’s unique needs. Train and educate—ensure customers maximise the value of the solution. Identify roadblocks—help improve the onboarding and implementation experience. Be a product expert—understand and tailor our solutions for different use cases. Act as a trusted adviser—represent the customer’s voice in the sales process and product roadmap. Skills & Requirements We encourage you to apply if you : Have experience in software implementations, either as a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Manager at a SaaS company, or working in higher-education timetabling. Possess technical acumen relevant to SaaS product implementation. Have a proven track record of managing multiple onboarding projects with varying complexities. Excel in communication, organisation, and collaboration. Are empathetic, customer-focused, and driven to help institutions succeed. Bring a positive, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset.
