WE#anythingbutstandard Use your love of preparing beautiful dishes to help us create an environment where you will delight our guests and help create an experience that is anything but Standard About the role Hands on role executing and running the breakfast shift in a dynamic fast paced environment 5 days per week including weekends predominantly day shift starting from 6am Support and contribute to the overall daily operations of the kitchen Demonstrate pride in your work and showcase your passion for food delivering consistent high-quality cuisine Ensure food safety and compliance with hygiene regulations Maintain a positive and efficient work environment Supportive friendly and professional team Act as a team player and kitchen ambassador to the front of house and operations team. Communicating well and producing great results even in the most stressful situation. Ensure that the storage of fresh frozen and dry goods is secure controlled properly rotated and in line with safe handling practices. Ensure that all areas of the kitchen and storage areas are safe clean and hygienic at all times. Show your ability to thrive in a busy high-volume high-energy kitchen environment and can manage multiple tasks with ease. Demonstrate professional culinary & food safety skills and qualifications. Display a highly motivated and pro-active attitude act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions. Comply with all Hotel Policies and Procedures. About you 3 years experience in a senior culinary role Innovative and creative approach to cooking. Experience in a quality kitchen environment Reliable professional and hungry to learn Hold appropriate qualifications in commercial cookery. Thrive in a busy team environment.
