Manager, Flexible Resourcing page is loaded## Manager, Flexible Resourcinglocations: North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia: Melbourne, Australiatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R **This is a 12 month fixed term contract****This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.****Job Overview:** **Key Responsibilities:*** Line Management of CRAs* Drive revenue recognition for all projects in your portfolio.* Ensure compliance with contract terms and collaborate with operational teams.* Review and forecast customer requirements.* Prepare for and attend monthly reviews, defending financial performance.* Partner with the Operational Excellence Lead and Model Alliance Lead.* Support business review deliverables and global finance reporting needs.* Share key finance results and messages during operational reviews.* Act as the main point of contact for customer counterparts.* Ensure timely invoice payments and resolve aged debt issues.* Lead initiatives to improve processes and provide training to operational teams.* Take on additional duties as needed.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.* Experience in a CRO or Pharma in a project management capacity.* Experience in leading a team.* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail.* Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff.* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Peoplesoft is a plus.* Eager to work in a flexible and challenging environment.* People management experience is an advantage.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
