We are currently looking for a Merchandiser to join our Sales team, servicing our Bunnings stores in Perth, ideally looking for someone who is based in the Metro or surrounding areas. AMES Australasia is the home of some of the most trusted and iconic brands in the garden and hardware industry, such as Cyclone, Hills, Nylex, Northcote Pottery, Tuscan Path, Kelso and Westmix. In Australasia, our products can be found in most hardware stores, garden centres, nurseries and major retailers across Australasia, including Bunnings Warehouse, Home Timber & Hardware, Mitre 10 and many more Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Merchandiser plays a key role in bringing our brands to life in-store. You'll organise and present products in a way that supports the National Sales Strategy, ensuring our displays are visually compelling, on‑brand, and executed to the highest standard. You will work closely with the Bunnings Store Operations team and the wider AMES Field Sales team to activate merchandising initiatives that maximise visibility, sales, and brand impact across your assigned store network. Responsibilities Covering an extensive Bunnings store territory Develop and maintain key relationships within the Bunnings network Negotiate and secure in‑store product placement Deliver best‑in‑class merchandising execution Support bay upgrades and merchandising relays Undertake safe manual handling and lifting tasks Skills and experience Previous Hardware / Grocery merchandising experience (advantageous but not essential) The confidence and ability to communicate with customers and build rapport Self‑motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to work autonomously Physically fit and able to climb ladders and handle stock On Offer Full‑time, permanent position with a high‑growth company Fully maintained company vehicle Be part of a supportive, passionate and collaborative team Opportunity for career development and growth within a thriving organisation Work with trusted, iconic Australian brands Please note: Only successful applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
