What you’ll do: Join us at the forefront of beauty retail as a Senior Category Manager for atomica, Wesfarmers Health's newest and most dynamic format. In this pivotal role, you'll: Take ownership of commercial performance, driving profitable growth and shaping the future of atomica. Develop and execute innovative category strategies, building curated product portfolios that delight our customers. Forge and nurture strategic supplier partnerships, unlocking new value and supporting our ambitious expansion plans. Leverage customer insights and advanced analytics to inform pricing, range, and space decisions, ensuring atomica stands out in the market. Lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across the business, delivering high‑impact projects and strategic initiatives. Champion continuous improvement, learning from every success and challenge to optimise our offering. Present your vision and results to senior leadership, securing support to accelerate atomica's growth. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic thinking, cross functional project management, commercial acumen, and creative leadership in a role that will shape the future of beauty retail in Australia. What you’ll bring: We're seeking a passionate and driven commercial leader who is ready to make a mark. You'll bring: Proven expertise in beauty retail or a similar commercial environment, with a strong track record in category management, buying, or commercial roles. Experience in small‑format or convenience retail, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. Advanced procurement and category management qualifications. Strategic thinking, commercial judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills, including the ability to lead without direct authority. Outstanding organisation and multi-tasking abilities, thriving in fast-paced, agile environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and category management systems. Experience with pharmacy and/or franchise business models (desirable). A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
