12-month fixed term role
as a Risk Senior Business Analyst to work on Rabobank’s CPS230 Program within the Operational Risk Management Workstream.Based in Sydney, you will work a hybrid mix of 2 days in the CBD office & other days working from home. You will have exceptional communication skills & a solid background in risk.As Risk Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of analysis pertaining to:Risk in ChangeEnhancements to operational risk management framework, policy & proceduresTop Role Accountabilities:Working as part of a team to understand & document project scope & objectives, facilitate workshops to define & prioritise requirements, agree on outcomes & risksAssisting with discovery, gap & synergy analysis & delivering Business RequirementsDeveloping As-Is & To-Be process maps & assess people & customer impactsDeveloping, validating, prioritising, tracking, managing & maintain business requirementsIdentifying, analysing & communicating options & recommendations to achieve business objectives & outcomesDeveloping requirements / specificationsFacilitating the creation of new or updated processes, policies & supporting their implementationUndertaking quality assurance of new solutions, including policies, processes & proceduresTo be successful you will have:Background as either Risk Business BA or Risk professional5 years + having worked on Risk projects in particular operational risk management.Rabobank is committed to a culture where diversity & inclusion is valued, respected & encouraged.
