What You Will Do Provide support to young people who are not supported by protective factors (families, friends, communities, school, and cultural connections) to enable them to lead safe, healthy, and active lives Support young people who are at risk of entering the Youth Justice System Provide a culturally responsive service by embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into the design, delivery and evaluation of your programmes and services You’re a committed youth worker You have a passion for assisting young people to reach their full potential by ensuring their voice is central to goal setting and redirecting them from the Youth Justice system.
