In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver vital support services - including personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport, and social connection—to people who are frail, aged, or living with a disability. Working in people’s homes or within Residential Aged Care, you’ll promote wellbeing and empower individuals to remain active participants in their lives. Guided by the Consumer Directed Care model, you’ll collaborate with consumers and their families to help them achieve their personal goals and maintain control over their care.
