Lead forecasting, modeling, and strategic analysis to guide investment choices, optimize portfolios, and streamline processes for maximum impact. Main Responsibilities Partner with Category Leads to deliver financial analysis and insights that influence strategic decisions. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking through the product development cycle. Drive scenario planning and financial modeling to assess risks and opportunities. Support pricing strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. Manage category budgeting processes and develop dashboards for KPI tracking. Embed financial discipline into investment decisions and new product launches. Perform market and trend analysis to provide proactive, data-driven insights. ABOUT YOU 5+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Advanced skills in financial modeling and scenario planning to assess risks, opportunities, and investment returns. Strong commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations. Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to optimize pricing and portfolio decisions. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and KPI dashboard development. Skilled in interpreting market trends and performance drivers to deliver proactive, data-driven insights. Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (CPA or CA preferred).
