Our Subaru Service Centre in Waitara is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. In this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. You’ll empower and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate+ strategy. What you’ll do Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally. Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues. Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance. Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders. Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. About you Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
