About the role: As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Garden Statements portfolio, which covers pretty much anything that increases the appeal of your outdoor spaces. Think letterboxes, water features, lighting, edging, and screening – the list goes on Delivering solutions across market and trend analysis, product development, pricing, range planning, and supplier management; you will work closely with design, sales, and procurement teams to ensure our offering remains competitive, profitable, and trusted by both trade professionals and DIY users. Reporting to the category manager your responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development of the Landscaping Products category in line with market trends, customer demand, and professional user requirements Conduct range reviews, manage the full product lifecycle, and identify gaps and opportunities within the portfolio Partner with local and international suppliers on sourcing, innovation, and development of new tools with a focus on durability, safety, and ergonomic design Monitor category performance and make data-driven decisions to improve margin, turnover, and sell-through Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute category plans, promotional activities, and trade events Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory standards, and competitor activity to maintain leadership in the market Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Ability to understand how customers use their products and deliver improvements in function and quality Ability to collaborate with internal design teams to efficiently bring new products to market Highly organised with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Excel and ERP system Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external customers Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills especially with our overseas suppliers/manufacturers Attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and a can-do attitude On offer: Attractive remuneration package and bonus structure; High growth company with a collaborative, fun and inclusive work culture; Career progression and development offered; Social club and Wellness activities; Paid volunteer days; Modern office with onsite car parking and good facilities within walking distance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Product Management and Marketing Industries Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
