About the Role EatClub is looking for a high‑energy, target‑driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and secure meetings with restaurant owners across Australia. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners, responsible for building a strong pipeline that fuels our BDMs’ success. About EatClub EatClub is transforming restaurant profitability through dynamic pricing – helping venues fill tables in real time, just like how hotels and airlines optimise occupancy. Co‑founded by legendary chef Marco Pierre White and backed by leading investors, EatClub has already helped thousands of venues drive millions in incremental revenue. With strong market presence and ambitious growth plans, we are expanding quickly and we’re looking for the very best to join us. Why This Role Matters Your work will directly drive EatClub’s growth. By connecting with hospitality decision‑makers and lining up high‑quality meetings, you’ll be building the foundation for our market presence across Australia. This is more than lead generation – it’s market creation. What You’ll Be Doing Make high‑volume outbound calls to restaurant owners/managers every day Book qualified meetings for our BDMs based on Ideal Customer Profile criteria Fill BDM calendars ahead of launches to ensure strong pipelines Communicate EatClub’s value proposition, focusing on restaurant profitability Collaborate with BDMs to prioritise target accounts and conversion strategies Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated with prospect activity and notes Stay on top of hospitality trends, competitors, and EatClub product updates What We’re Looking For Recent graduates or early‑career professionals hungry to build a career in tech sales Experience in sales, hospitality, call centres, or telesales is a plus – or the drive to learn quickly A natural communicator who can capture interest and spark curiosity in under 10 seconds Resilient and coachable: you take on feedback, learn fast, and constantly improve Thrive under pressure and consistently hit your targets Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is an advantage Passionate about growth – for yourself and the businesses you work with. You love food, tech, and making a real impact. What You’ll Get $75k base + $35k uncapped commission Rapid career progression – top SDRs promoted to BDM or Senior SDR in as little as 6 months A high‑performance, supportive culture that rewards results and top achievers Sponsorship opportunities for the right candidate Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Salary: A$75,000.00 – A$90,000.00 per annum (depending on experience) Employment type: Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
