The Role We’re looking for a strategic operator with a passion for process improvement and digital transformation. You’ll lead the charge in documenting what we do, optimising how we do it, and supporting our teams. Your first big challenge will be to help our teams thrive through change as we roll out Salesforce as our new CRM in early 2026. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives. Write and maintain clear, user-friendly process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support operational consistency. Champion Salesforce training and adoption, translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for frontline teams who will use the tool to find and book workforce into shifts. Develop and maintain our Quality Management System. Lead and sponsor initiatives that drive automation, simplification, and standardisation. Partner with key stakeholders to align process activities and resolve issues, risks, or conflicts. Support our offshore after‑hours team, ensuring alignment with onshore operations and readiness for system transitions. Measure the impact of process improvements using data‑driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor the success of implemented changes, and guide future optimisation efforts. Build strong relationships across the business and foster a culture of continuous improvement. About You You’re people‑led but tech‑savvy, with a knack for translating complexity into clarity. You’ve led process improvement projects and know how to bring stakeholders on the journey. You’re confident writing documentation and training materials that stick. You’ve worked with remote or offshore teams and understand how to drive engagement and action across time zones. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing speed, cost, and practicality. Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus. Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is desirable but not essential. This role suits someone withhands‑on experience in ISO9001.
