Roles and Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis: Utilize up-to-date extraction and analysis tools such as Apromore for effective data / processing mining collection and analysis. Process Mapping and Evaluation: Conduct process mapping to evaluate workflows. Application of Methodologies: Apply Lean and Agile methodologies to optimize processes. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analyses to identify issues, leveraging data to pinpoint causes and propose viable solutions. Performance Metrics Tracking: Create and present performance metrics to measure the impact of process improvements and pinpoint areas needing further attention. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, communicate data insights, and effectively implement process improvements. Data Visualization: Design and present complex data visualizations and intuitive graphics for a non-technical audience. Manage a backlog to enhance data capability in alignment with strategic goals. Data Needs Assessment: Understand data requirements, develop collection plans, and implement them to validate business problems. Insight Translation: Gather and translate data into structured, reusable insights for the team and the business. Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance data logic, structure, and visualizations to support project delivery across various platforms. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and information within internal and external networks to boost performance and productivity. Qualifications Proficient in products such as Apromore / EdgeVerve Experience in Analytical frameworks and tools (R or Python desirable) with demonstrated experience. Experience in Teradata SQL, demonstrated experience working within Teradata Datawarehouse environments. Proficient in Teradata ETL systems (BTEQ, MLOAD, TPump, Viewpoint) Proven experience translating business question(s) into Analytical tasks. Proficiency in translating and analysing large data sets including process mining / modelling General knowledge of Visualisation tools, preferably Tableau. Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to modify presentations according to audience process maturity.
