We’re looking for a Public Relations Account Manager who thrives on creative strategy, loves building strong media relationships, and is passionate about leading impactful campaigns. Our agency works with a diverse range of clients like United Airlines, The City of Beverly Hills in California, Accor Hotels, SOMA Health & Wellness Club, Macular Disease Foundation Australia, Wable, Pinnacle Drinks and Paragon Wine Estates (Endeavour Group), Samantha Jade, Panthers Group, and Trilogy Hotels, delivering stand-out PR campaigns. As a Public Relations Account Manager , you’ll be hands-on and work with high-profile clients, manage strategic communications, and execute buzz-worthy campaigns that get people talking. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading Client PR Campaigns : You’ll be in the driver’s seat, collaborating with the Director, Associate Director, and the team to manage day-to-day PR activities for a portfolio of clients. Building Strategic PR Campaigns : You’ll craft bold, attention-grabbing campaigns that amplify your clients' brands and spark meaningful conversations. Creating High-Quality Press Materials : Whether it’s press releases, media kits, or pitch emails, you’ll write, edit, and refine all the materials that get our clients’ names in front of the right audiences—on TV, in magazines, on podcasts, social and across digital media. Media & Stakeholder Relations : You’ll build meaningful relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry leaders. Managing Influencer & Celebrity Campaigns : From high-profile influencers to the latest celebrities, you’ll lead the charge in curating talent and crafting campaigns that make a statement. Client Collaboration : You’ll work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide expert guidance, and develop tailored strategies that reflect their goals. Staying on Top of It All : You’ll keep a close eye on media coverage, produce progress reports, schedule interviews, and manage all the logistics that make our campaigns run smoothly. What We’re Looking For: Proven PR Experience : You’ve got the experience and the portfolio to back it up. You know how to pitch, how to develop strategies, and how to get results across multiple industries. Exceptional Communication Skills : You’ve got a knack for words—whether it’s a killer pitch, a clever media release, or a strategic email. Your communication is clear, persuasive, and always on point. Creative & Results-Driven : You’re not just about thinking outside the box; you’re about doing something that gets attention and delivers real results. Organised & Detail-Oriented : You can juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and campaigns without breaking a sweat. No detail slips through the cracks on your watch. Confident & Collaborative : You can work independently and also thrive as part of a team. Your ability to build strong relationships—internally and externally—sets you apart. Passion for PR: You live and breathe PR and are deeply invested in your clients and their brands. You’re the kind of person who is always thinking of ways to elevate and amplify your clients’ stories, making sure every campaign is crafted with care and precision. What You’ll Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Solid experience in PR and media relations, with a track record of successful placements in top-tier media outlets. Strong copywriting, editing, and sub-editing skills.
