This role blends elements of client management, customer success, and PR advisory, giving you exposure to high-impact work. You will: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients across PR, comms & government Support day-to-day account delivery — onboarding, training, problem-solving, and adoption Interpret media trends, help clients understand insights, and flag emerging issues Collaborate internally to deliver value, refine reporting, and identify growth opportunities Act as the go-to partner for guiding clients through the platform and best practices Ideal for an experienced professional in the media monitoring space, or a junior PR/Comms/Gov role, ready to enter the media-tech space . Within 12–18 months, you can progress into roles such as: Senior PR Account Manager Strategy & insights roles in communications or public affairs Our client offers structured training, mentoring, and a clear pathway for growth. About You You’re energetic, curious, and passionate about the world of media, public narratives, and client relationships . You may have: 1–2 years’ experience in PR, communications, media monitoring, government relations, or customer/account roles Strong communication skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindset A desire to work closely with clients and help them achieve outcomes If you love the intersection of media, government, comms, and tech , this role is built for you.
