About the Opportunity: As the Facility Manager you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the St Vincent's Care Maroochydore. Your role will include maintaining exceptional performance standards, leading your team to success and ensuring every resident feels welcomed, engaged and supported. Reporting to the Queensland State Manager, you will also have the support of centralised centres of excellence as part of a national, progressive healthcare organisation. Please Note: This is a maximum term role for long service leave from the 1st September 2025 to the 9th January 2026. There is a possibility of an extension but at that this stage it is a 4 month contract.
