The role You will support and assist the warehouse team in an administration capacity. Data entry Updating purchase orders Invoice collating ERP usage Preparing and updating reports Receipting of stock Undertaking cycle counts Supporting stock count processes The ideal candidate A student studying Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations. An experienced Warehouse Allrounder seeking to move into an administration role. Experience using an RF Scanner or willingness to learn. Good attitude and willingness to step-in when required to complete a variety of tasks. A proven track record of being reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent numerical skills. Effective time management and proactive approach, especially when managing competing priorities. Intermediate technology skills, including Excel (essential) and ERP systems (an advantage). Availability to commit to 3 to 5 days per week, as required. Full availability in December and January.
