About the Role As an Estimator , you will play a key role in ensuring repair accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed and accurate repair quotations, and liaising with insurers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth repair processes from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: Assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate repair estimates using industry systems. Liaising with insurance assessors, customers, and technicians to ensure transparency and accuracy. Reviewing repair methods and parts requirements in line with manufacturer standards. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional communication throughout the repair process. Supporting workshop efficiency by coordinating repair schedules and approvals. About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring: Proven experience as a Panel Shop Estimator or similar role within the collision repair industry. Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and industry standards. Proficiency in estimating software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
