About the role We're looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Digital Product Manager – Loyalty Experience to join our team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of loyalty across our omnichannel ecosystem and deliver meaningful impact for millions of customers. Asthe Digital Product Manager – Loyalty Experience, you’ll lead the definition, execution, and optimisation of loyalty experience initiatives across the customer journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate our loyalty strategy into a powerful product roadmap that drives member engagement and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define loyalty experience product requirements that deliver measurable customer and business value Partner with senior stakeholders across Loyalty Product, Platforms, CX Design, and more to align on strategy Own and evolve the loyalty experience product roadmap, translating vision into actionable priorities Manage and prioritise initiatives that support the loyalty strategy and deliver on OKRs Define and track success metrics for the loyalty experience team Lead end-to-end execution of initiatives,from discovery through delivery, measurement, and optimisation Own the product backlog, using data and insights to inform prioritisation and quarterly objectives Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX, Customer, Data, Tech, and Ops teams to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences Manage dependencies and risks across product and tech teams Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders with clarity and impact Champion best practices in loyalty product management and contribute to the Product Chapter community About You Proven experience in digital product management, ideally within loyalty product or programs experience Proven experience in implementing large-scale loyalty experience initiatives within large, complex, omnichannel retail environments. Deep understanding of loyalty landscape and loyalty program mechanics including earn/redeem models, tiering, deferred rewards, and value exchange. Experience designing and optimising member experiences across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Capable of working collaboratively with engineering and design to understand APIs, data flows, and integration constraints. Demonstrated experience utilising customer research, insights and data to drive prioritisation (A/B testing, funnel analysis, performance dashboards). Exposure to digital, ecommerce and omnichannel loyalty ecosystems incl. loyalty systems, customer data, CX and management platforms (LMS,CDP, CEP, CMP, etc). Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions, feature prioritisation, measurement and value attribution Strong stakeholder management skills and story telling ability Customer-obsessed, with a passion for building loyalty experiences that delight and drive measurable value Based in Melbourne and eligible to work permanently in Australia Applications close Midnight, Tuesday 16th December 2025 .Applications will be reviewed and assessed upon submission.
