Catholic Education Wilcannia-Forbes is seeking an experienced and visionary educational leader ready to make a system wide impact. As a key member of the CEO Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction in the areas of learning and teaching, student inclusion and wellbeing, across our 18 Catholic primary schools - supporting school leaders, guiding improvement and championing excellence for every learner. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction for learning and teaching, student inclusion, and wellbeing. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Education Officers and specialists. Guide system-wide improvement through data-informed decision-making and research-based practice. Build leadership capacity across schools, supporting professional growth and continuous improvement. Oversee curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy K–6 to ensure consistency and excellence. Collaborate closely with the Director, Cluster Lead Principals, and Diocesan Advisory Council. Deep understanding of curriculum, assessment, and contemporary pedagogy. Proven success in leading teams and driving strategic improvement. A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills. A commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Catholic education. Accreditation as a teacher (NESA Proficient or above). Accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School (or working towards). Current Working with Children Check and Driver’s Licence. Why Join Us?
