We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join a leading organisation based in Canning Vale. This position plays a key role in supporting and developing a portfolio of customers by providing exceptional service, managing relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This is a phone-based role within a supportive and high-performing team, offering genuine variety and long-term career potential. Key Responsibilities Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of managed and co-managed customer accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the target market. Promote a range of products and solutions to new and existing clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer management. Contribute to overall team performance and support business initiatives as required. Uphold company safety standards and maintain a safe working environment. About You Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
