Tradewind Australia is currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join a mental health service based in Footscray. This is a part-time opportunity (3 days per week) with a supportive organisation committed to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care. About the Role Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Mental Health Clinician will deliver clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will play an integral role in facilitating client recovery, coordinating care, and ensuring access to appropriate services within the community. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments Develop and implement individualised treatment and recovery plans Deliver evidence-based interventions and ongoing clinical support Provide risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning Collaborate with internal teams, families, and external service providers Maintain accurate client records in line with organisational and legislative requirements What We're Looking For To be considered, you must have: AHPRA registration (Psychologist/Occupational Therapist) or AASW Membership (Accredited Social Worker) - essential Demonstrated experience in community mental health Strong understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Apply now If you're a skilled Mental Health Clinician looking for a meaningful part-time role in Melbourne's west, we'd love to hear from you.
