This listing describes a Regulatory Lawyer based in Sydney, with responsibilities in risk, regulatory matters, and dispute support within the Disputes & Regulatory team. Responsibilities Identify potential risks and provide strategic advice on a diverse range of risk and regulatory matters. Experience working with policy matters, interpreting and advising on relevant regulations and insertion orders for advertising. Manage an array of litigation, dispute and investigatory matters and support the Disputes & Regulatory team. Minimum Qualifications 6+ years PQE working in top-tier private practice and large inhouse organisations. Deep understanding of Australian regulatory frameworks and experience with policy matters. Previous experience working with advertising law will be advantageous. A commercial and pragmatic approach with excellent analytical and communication skills.
