As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior AV Installer to join our team and develop their skills in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with the installation and setup of AV systems , including displays, projectors, control systems, and sound equipment Learning to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams Supporting the team with cabling, mounting, and configuring AV components Troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring high‑quality installations Working on a variety of projects, from classrooms to corporate boardrooms What We’re Looking For: ✅ Some experience or education in AV, IT, electrical, or a related field (preferred but not required) ✅ A strong interest in AV technology and a willingness to learn on the job ✅ A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail ✅ Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate effectively ✅ A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment ✅ Comfortable with physically active work , including lifting equipment and working at heights Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle Basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, drills, etc) Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: Hands‑on training with experienced AV professionals Opportunities to grow and develop your AV skills A supportive, team‑focused work environment Competitive salary based on experience Ready to launch your AV career?
