Apply today and make a difference 17th November, 2025 Full-Time Cleaning Operative – Noosa Civic Shopping Centre About the Role Join our cleaning team at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre as a permanent cleaner. This role involves performing general cleaning duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. Ideal for a reliable and hardworking cleaner looking for regular part‑time work. Rostered Hours Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thu–Fri: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Additional casual opportunities available outside these hours. Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks including amenities, food court, car parks, and bin emptying Provide excellent customer service Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean surfaces and floors Maintain cleaning equipment and report any supply needs or maintenance issues Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures at all times Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance concerns promptly Communicate professionally with team members and site management Skills & Experience Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible shifts Mandatory Requirements Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain one Australian work rights Availability to work Monday–Friday What We Offer Immediate Start Uniform and training provided Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity for ongoing part‑time work with a reputable company About Trident Services Trident Services provides professional cleaning and security services across Australia’s retail centres and airports, committed to maintaining high standards and excellent customer service.
