HR Business Services Cluster Leader, ANZ As the HR Business Services Cluster Lead , you will lead and manage HR services across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, efficient, and scalable HR Business Services. This role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, governance, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive business value and support HR's overall objectives. Responsibilities Execute the Regional HR Business Services goals and priorities in alignment with the global HR Business Services strategy and goals, ensuring delivery of integrated, relevant, high‑performing hire‑to‑retire services and continuous improvement. Set strategic goals aligned with the functional strategy and ensure team alignment and role clarity. Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and focus on coaching and development to support professional growth. Allocate resources efficiently to meet team and organizational needs, identify skill gaps, implement training programs, plan for succession, and manage talent to develop high‑potential employees. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership within and beyond global / regional HR, ANZ business and functional leaders, to ensure alignment and support for HR Business Services initiatives and local business initiatives. Oversee cluster operations of the HR Business Services organization, covering hire‑to‑retire processes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across the cluster, and aligning processes to corporate standards while respecting regional peculiarities. Drive a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions. Support and facilitate SBU strategy implementation for business transformation, data‑driven initiatives, performance and talent management, engagement, and DEI to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. Competency Requirements Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Decision‑Making: Strong decision‑making skills to guide the HR services strategy. Organization/Systems Focused Thinking: Expertise in managing HR operations from hire to retire. Operational Oversight: Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Service Excellence: Driving and continuously improving service excellence and operational efficiency. Innovation: Leveraging best practices and innovative solutions for continuous improvement. People and Organizational Leadership: Establishing clear goals, ensuring team alignment, providing coaching and development, and managing resources and talent effectively. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring alignment and support for HR initiatives. Performance Measurement: Monitoring key performance indicators to measure HR service effectiveness and identify improvement areas. Profile Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: At least 7‑10 years of HR experience, with 3 years working with senior leaders; HR experience within a sizeable country as an HRBP and in HR Services, working for global companies with a multi‑SBU setup and different employee populations (manufacturing, sales, Research & Development, retail, etc.). Demonstrated Ability to manage HR operations efficiently and effectively. Proven performance in developing organisational efficiency, growing team capabilities and engagement, and effective stakeholder management in a global / regional matrixed environment. Strong ER/LR experience is a must. Lean Six Sigma background: Preferred. Proven track record of strategic thinking, decision‑making, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
