Join a supportive & collaborative team 5 weeks annual leave & salary packaging Development & progression opportunities Part Time Fixed Term 6 months The RMH Quality and Improvement (QI) team are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Quality and Improvement Specialist with a passion for Safe, Timely, Effective and Person‑centred care to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you will work closely with clinical services and colleagues across the organisation to deliver a contemporary Whole System Quality framework. Responsibilities include supporting effective, best practice adverse event management; driving continuous improvement and innovation; and developing strategies to ensure ongoing readiness for National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards assessment and other accreditation activities. Your New Role Collaborate with clinical service area partners to design and deliver best practice quality planning, quality assurance and quality improvement Ensure robust systems and processes are in place for patient safety and clinical risk Support clinical governance, strategy and communication across the organisation Coach and build capability in contemporary quality improvement methods and tools About You A minimum of 5 years experience in an acute healthcare setting Knowledge and skills in improvement science and can apply systems thinking Demonstrated experience in project and/or change management You enjoy engaging and working collaboratively with consumers, families and carers, and staff in quality improvement activities Benefits of working in the RMH Quality and Improvement team Collaborative and friendly team with support for professional development Excellent work‑life balance with flexible working available and no weekends or public holidays Salary packaging Central location close to public transport Interested in Applying?
