About the Role We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will support individuals with daily living tasks, community participation, personal care, and help them achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support with personal care, domestic assistance, and mobility Assist clients with community access and recreational activities Implement individualized support plans Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all clients Maintain accurate records and documentation What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for helping others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, patient, and empathetic approach Ability to work independently and in a team A person with Experience in Behavior issues Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar (or working toward) Current First Aid and CPR certification National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle A Reliable Car What We Offer Ongoing training and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
