Your Responsibilities The Sales and Clinical Trainer is responsible: To further develop and manage BIOTRONIK’s training and accreditation program to all internal staff involved in sales and technical support of Cardiac Rhythm Management devices & Electrophysiology so as to maximize sales force effectiveness. To develop and manage BIOTRONIK’s sales training program(s) to increase the understanding and use of BIOTRONIK’s sale methodology, as well as operational sales training activities (e.g driven from Product Marketing Managers, Locally developed within states, etc). To manage and coordinate the educational program for customers in Australia and New Zealand so as to establish a reputation of excellence for BIOTRONIK in this area.
