Bing Lee has been in business since 1950s and is one of the largest independent and family owned electrical retail business in Australia with more than 30 stores and distribution centres across the Greater Sydney Region, NSW Mid North, Central & South Coasts, The Hunter, Canberra, Victoria and Queensland. We are seeking TWO Online Sales Officer tojoin our online team. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining relationships with our varied client base (telephone-based & Chat’s). Processing orders and enquiries. Provide a professional level of customer service to all customers, (internal and external) Respond to varied requests for information, queries, and products in line with the established policies and procedures of the organisation. Provide accurate product advice to customers to enable them to meet their needs and make informed decisions. Maintaining customer account details and liaising with the team and other departments to ensure the best customer service is provided for our customers. Attend offsite supplier training ( Once a month off-site training after hours/during hours) The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills & attributes Previous experience in a customer service/call centre position. Live Chat experience Meeting KPI’s Positive outlook Quick learner ( Systems & Processes) Self Learning as there is a wide product range Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. An ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your own workload.
