The Role The successful applicant is responsible for undertaking reception duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine inquiries and requests for information. You will also distribute and collect documents, forms, and mail, collect and receipt monies, operate and maintain office equipment, input data and generate reports, arrange catering for school functions, assist with maintenance of school facilities, and support student‑related activities such as maintaining attendance records and assisting with student enrolment procedures. The successful applicant should possess strong attention to detail and work well within a team environment. You will ideally have strong organisational skills and be able to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a sometimes challenging and fast‑paced environment. Want to know more?
