Job Title: Part-Time Experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Manager Company: Reiplant Pty Ltd Location: Northern Suburbs, Perth Job Type: Part-time (approx. 15 hours per fortnight, flexible, home-based) Reiplant is a well-established machine hire business based in Perth, with plans for growth and transition. We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper / finance manager to join our close-knit team as our current valued bookkeeper—who has played a crucial role in our business success—is retiring. About the Role In this position, you will manage all standard bookkeeping functions and also bring your wide-ranging finance experience to support monthly reporting, asset and lease finance oversight, and collaboration with management and finance partners. This role suits a skilled finance professional seeking a balanced, part-time commitment, with an opportunity to stay engaged in meaningful work while contributing to a business focused on future growth and strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities Perform complete bookkeeping using MYOB including bank and credit card processing Manage payroll, superannuation, IAS, BAS, and related lodgements Prepare monthly hire claims and sales invoicing Produce detailed monthly financial reports including P&L and balance sheet Oversee fixed asset register, leases, chattel mortgages, and PPSRs Manage insurance renewals and vehicle registrations Provide analyses and financial support for business management and strategic decisions About You Experienced bookkeeper / finance manager with a solid finance background, ideally including some experience in larger or complex finance environments Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing varied finance responsibilities independently Seeking a part-time role that blends hands-on bookkeeping with higher-level financial insights Looking for a flexible working arrangement that allows you to maintain professional engagement in a supportive small business What We Offer A supportive, friendly small-business environment Flexible hours around approx. 15 hours per fortnight, working from home An attractive hourly rate reflecting your valuable experience Engagement with a growing business preparing for strategic future developments Applications Close Early December Anticipated Start Date 2nd February Please note, due to the holiday period, there will be a gap between interviews and the start date.
